Ok, is it normal to feel like complete ass after getting this sucker done? :(

My arm hurts like a bitch too.

Yes, very normal. Can also feel like your getting the flu as well.

Yeah. I got the little nose mist stuff done and I felt groggy for a day or two. Totally normal. If you still feel like ass in like a week, call them and go in for a follow-up.. different people react different ways to the shot.

I too took the nasal one 2 weeks ago...I have been feeling like ARSE since...the live stuff is brutal...won't be doing it again...

It's a live virus, yes, but it's not supposed to actually give you the flu... it's supposed to introduce your body to a modified version of the virus so your body will create the antibodies and be prepared to fight off the actual virus should you become introduced to it. Feeling kinda groggy with a fake flu for a few days >>>>> feeling like ASS with the real flu for a week and a half.
