This was just a random shot I took to test this HDR stuff.

Not too concerned with the subject at the moment, but just wanted to share.

I think it might work....

It looks good, but you could have retained photo sharpness and truer colors by exposing the photo as normal, or even two layers. Watch your flares and clone stamp them out. Tiny details like that can break a photo.

picture looks great for location and lighting. dont listen to the negative comments some others have to say. sharpness is nearly spot on, and "truer" colors dont come from hdrs. you did good white boy.

ummmm, nemisis wasnt being negative dude. the photo is NOT sharp, and the flares are distracting.

theres a difference between shit talking and constructive criticism. learn it.

I agree. The photo work is not bad per se but the sharpness is a bit off. The flares are a bit distracting.

I think the 'problem'(not really a problem) is that the shot could have been exposed as a single long exposure and then bump the saturation and contrast and gotten a similar result. This would have kept more sharpness I believe and not as much flare.

That is just my 2 cents :)

Overall though I love the feel and the shot is good.

I'm not butt hurt.
I was just stating my own opinion. Not adding to the e-argument, since it's so important anyway, but I work with hdr pictures, and no, they dont ever come out that sharp when you add 3 or more pictures together. Also, if you look at other hdrs... color is never normal.
learnt.

Saying things like they don't EVER come out that sharp

and

Color is NEVER normal

Those are bold statements sir and can be proven wrong.

Here is an HDR to argue sharpness from one of my favorite photographers:

Same photographer, yes, looks a bit blurier, and the colors are off, but it works a bit. This guy is famose for his HDRs on another forum.
