Picked up a 95 gs500e for a steal the other day, and a buddy and I are starting the long process of making her roadworthy again. I have always liked the gs500 because thats what I learned on 4 or 5 years ago. Probably end up fixing this one and selling it once it's nice again. :2cents: welcome.

Pik-chas:
These are after I already did quite a bit of work on the bike. Runs great, just need to figure out the hanging throttle issue

I used to have one. Went through the smae stuff. Ended up getting a lot of stuff done to it. Go to gstwins.com and join up. Lots of info there.

I'll definitely keep everyone updated. David, that looks great with the fairing... you wouldn't happen to have any parts left over would you?

Once I figure out why it's holding rev's I'l be able to take it for a cruise...

No, I sold everything a long time ago. Originally, I had the streetfighter bottom fairing and the top headlight fairing, then got the Airtech that you see there. I finally got to where I was riding the bike past what it was capable of, and then got a bigger bike.
