factory tint % on 2005 ford explorer

im trying to find out what % the factory tint/privacy glass is on the back/side windows of my 2005 ford explorer. im wanting to tint my front windows and i want them to match. reason im asking cause im doing this myself, other wise im sure a tint shop would tell me, not even sure where one is at out here. i just dont want to get 20% then find out my back lighter.....! from what ive found i think the back is 20, but i need some reassurance from someone who might actually know. also is easy to tell the difference between factory tint, and privacy glass?

usually on SUV's its gonna be 20% on the back

btw you will be able to tell if its 35% cuz you can still see through it and idk of any car maker who puts 5% tint on new cars

it also depends on the interior color. my buddy has 20% window tint on his stang and so do i, but his looks darker cuz he has a dark colored interior where as i dont.

you do know there is 5% tint right?
on an SUV you can go as dark as you want on the backs.

yeah i just didnt know what you were talking about, when i read it it sounded like you thought that i thought my backs were 5%. but out here you can have you back windows as dark as you want, on any time up car. then the front has to be like 25% or 30 or something
