he was supposed to buy a sub and amp combo from me. he picked the day, time, and meeting place. i drove 3.5hrs round trip to meet up with his bitch ass and waited an hour for him to no show. no phone call, no nothing. i wasted a good 30 dollars in gas and 5 hrs of my time. he didnt even call to say he couldnt make it, just no showed.

Everyone will take his side on this.... dont meet people, simple. This happens 99% of the time when I try to meet someone for something like this.

Wow. Ok here's the story. He says he'll bring it up to the V if I meet him by Wednesday. So I ask my mom(I'm only 16) if that's ok, and she says yes we can meet him right after school Wednesday at 4:15 at the V. So I tell him and he says he has to check with work or his ride or something and he comes back and says it's fine. So then he asks me if I wanna buy a cap and a wiring kit and I say just a wiring kit. So he says total will be 580, it should have been 380... So I tell him that it should be 380 and he's like that's what I said, and before I could even text back saying that's not what he said, he texts again and says my bad I typed wrong I HAVE BEEN DRINKING. So I was just like whatever. This all happened on Sunday night BTW. So on either Monday or Tuesday I ask him if it's still on for Wednesday. He comes back and says yes I'll meet you at 12. So I'm like wtf, I said 4:15 bro. I forget what he said after that but I know we didn't argue over the time so it must have been fine. So on Wednesday after we missed each other by some 4 hours he says that I had said 12 from the start and 4:15 was never a time, note he even told me had been drinking the night we made the plans and he had already goten one number wrong. And why the fuck would I say meet at noon on a Wednesday when I'm in school... Hmmmmm

I don't remember anything about having to be 18+ like in the registration but if there was I obviously lied about my DOB to sign up...

he does have a point to a certain extent (about the age requirement).

The very first thing it asks for when you register is your age. Regardless of your answer, it allows you to proceed on to the rest of the registration process...

I'm not sticking up for anyone here, just identifying the facts.

While forum rules do state that one must be 18 to post, the only way to enforce that appears to be by mods giving folks a free vacation. Is there any way to make it so the registration process requires the age required by the forum rules?

...who knows, maybe i'm just barking up the wrong tree. Just a thought. :goodjob:
