I need someone to fix my GS300

I have a 1993 Lexus GS 300 and it starts but idles rough and dies when i put it in drive and/or turn the steering wheel.

So i wanted some referrals or people that HAVE referrals that can come take a peek at her and get it running smooth.. and i need it done ASAP.

Yeah. I got some kinda fuse out that ive tried replacing several times (the factory fuses and ones from autozone wont fit right.. its the 100amp fuse) .. so the windows.. and gauge cluster doesnt work.. i replaced all other fuses and it works right.
