Meet: QT off of the jefferson exit 137

Time: 7:00pm

*We already have a good but of cars going and would like to meet somewhere where we could ride out as a big crew. Have 350z tt, cobra, 2 z28s and my z06 so far and would like to get a bigger pack so we can fun run on the way there. There usually arent cops patroling the interstate b/w jefferson and commerce until after the track closes. Some other maybes are another ls1 z28, evo and an mk3 supra.. If it doesnt rain it should be a fun time by all since its getting colder and people will be pulling some p.r.'s that night. :goodjob:

Sweet, they might not let me run cause i have a hjc helmet and they are real a$$ holes now cause they have to be snell approved.. If i can i will, we can run each other on 85 tho on the way there for fun :goodjob:

So your down to meet at the Qt in jefferson, instead of wendys in commerce? Its more fun riding out in a crew running for fun on the interstate. It usually doesnt even get good till 8-8:30 anyways, no need to meet at 6:30. Ill bring my camera too so we can make some vids of fun runs on the way there.

We've talked about it already and people coming from the south side passing throught braselton and jefferson on 85 meet me at Qt off ex. 137 @ 7:00. I drive a red C5Z06. Ill be between the qt and wendys off the jefferson exit.

If you are farther north of commerce meet 03rcode at wendys at 7:30, that way we will all meet at about the same time at wendys in commerce.

I agree with an earlier post, you will want to get there early. It usually gets so crowded on Friday nights, you may not get many runs in showing up after the T&T has started. Also, the traction is TERRIBLE once it gets cold out.

My friend and I went up there and "camped" the front gate one night, so he and I could race. We were #1 and #2. We got in about 4 races, pretty much back to back before we were waiting in line.

While the sun was up, I was consistantly running 11.6 - 11.8. By the end of the night, I was high 12's and low 13's because of traction :(

So the forecast shows it's supposed to rain all night, although the radar looks like the "system" has pretty much moved out of the area. I'm sure it'll be a little wet, but doesn't look like there's really anymore rain coming according to the radar.
