It's not hard at all.. most of the tuned cars u find on the streets are imported straight from Japan... Just recently, a week ago to be specific, cops here starting bitchin at the RHS driving so that sux, many dudes are willing to pay fines and be let go rather than changing to LHS driving, but we'll have to wait and see how far on this goes... As to the plate, its trouble if you remove the country's one which is on the back of the vehicle and put something else, in other words, it all goes if you have ur DR plates on the back...
