1992 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo

It is a buddy at works car. Brought it buy the house because he hasnt driven it in almost two weeks and decided to take it to dinner tonight. Fired up fine. Went to drive off and the car falls on its face and starts to buck under a load off of idle. It doesnt do it from 0-5 percent throttle. I have had this problem before and it was almost always the TPS. I did a quick check on all his hoses and reset his ecu and no change. ITs dark and since it is not his daily were not going to tear in to it until tomorrow. I figured there were some 3000gt and stealth nuts on here who could chime in and say that this is a common problem. Anywho.. let me know whats up. Thanks
