Hey everyone,
Alright so the problem i am having is the amp. When ever i turn on the car, the amp turns on then off. After it is off and barely blinks and the subs barely hit. I tried another amp that i had, and it does the same thing. I have a new battery(replaced it today actually old one was only cranking 200 amps i think:eek:), I replaced the in line fuse in the engine compartment, still the same issue. I am running 4 gauge power wire to a 1.5 cap, then to the amp. I disconnect the cap and put the amp straight to the batter and the same problem. Is it possible the power wire is bad? I am also about to go replace the Neg so thats still in the air also. Anyone else has any other ideas?

possibly not a good enough ground... did you check that?

check the voltage at the amp, it may not be turning on due to low voltage.

Im at school right now, but i will check that too. If it is low voltage what would be causing it.

Poor connection from the battery, or maybe a bad or incorrect connection behind the radio for the amp turn on wire.

bad connection from the battery, bad connection for the grounds.
