I sent a set of cams to a costumer a week ago using usps. I thought everything went good but i just received a email from him and the cams are broken and the box is destroyed. What am i supposed to do? I did get insurance and used paypal through ebay. Do i need to get everything back from the seller first and then go to usps? How does this whole thing work? i have never been in this situation before.

Here goes the pics.
I really dont see how it broke... fucking shits...

I had them damage a Precision Power Art a1200. An ART SERIES 1200. i WAS FURIOUS. I filed a claim, refused to let them pick up the item because of how rare it was (this shit had not a SCRATCH) and eventually, by keeping contact with my seller, was able to get $150 more than I paid for the item. So keep it up, file your claim, and take no prisoners. Don't let them walk all over you.
