The first one wasn't that great imo... seemed like a gran theft auto rip off. I'd probably rent it and if it was good just buy it.

This is one of those games that starts off in the pitch phase as "like grand theft auto but..." in this case it would be.

Like grad theft auto but it sucks

got the game today and i have been playing straight 7 hours. I love the story of the game.

its obvious its a copy of gta. I like the targetting system alot more on saints, the cartoony graphics are cool. Good game to rent IMO not buy

yes 7 hours straight. and i did 3 hours today. Game is just amazing.


And yes, this is so much like GTA, but to me its much better.

yea I always thought SR was better than GTA, better shit to do, and more than likely im going to replay it. with GTA4 i beat the story mode and haven't played it since.

Why are you guys still comparing SR2 to GTA4 TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT GAMES...... WHY EVEN BRING UP GTA4..... now if you wanna compare GTA: SA TO SR1 GO AHEAD both involve gangs..... but gta4 to sr2 theirs no comparison.......they're are both great games......go compare COD to Halo or Gears or somethin cuz comparisons can be made there...

gta and SR can be compared.. they are the same type of games...BUT

to me SR is way ahead of GTA, and has a better story line.. that actually makes u feel like your somebody.. and not just a do-boy.. driving people aroudn doing the same ole missions..

AGREE< SR2 has way better stories. Especially the way that SR2 continued the story from SR1.

How can you not compare the 2? they are both 3rd person shooter type of game. In both games there is an open map, free to roam around and free to do whatever you like; Kill, steal, eat, race, sleep, get clothes, etc, etc. True they both may have different story lines, but essentially they are all doing the same thing, get money and kill people.

SR is soooooooo much better than GTA4. I really think that gta4 was rushed into production. I agree that the story line and the missions are thought out much better.

i agree, i love the game so far.. the missions are really fun. The game is soo addictive..

GTA4>SR2

The missions in SR2 are more fun, but I could care less. The real fun is running around causing as much mayhem as possible, and for that GTA4 is a clear winner in my book. Plus the driving in SR is shitty to me. Both games are fun, but GTA4 wins imo.

WHAAAAT! the driving in SR2 is better.. GTA4 has the crazy handling....

The missions in SR2 are mayhem themselves...you should play on hardcore its waaay more mayhem.
