This past month I've had to deal with customer service. Everytime I talked to someone they either did not speak fluent English or they had a horrible accent when speaking English.
So about 3 weeks ago my Xbox 360 dies and I call up xbox 360 (Microsoft) customer service. I get a guy that 1) I don't understand as he has an accent, 2) Does not understand a word I say. It takes him about 7-8 minutes to get my name right. My name is Jimmy, and he keeps pronouncing it Jenny :2up: . Now comes the part to my address , blah blah blah. It takes about 30 minutes just for him to get everything right. Dumb part is he messed up on my shipping address so I had to go through the same process again with another person. Thank Goodness. They finally understood me.
Another story. I called Capital One twice. Yet another guy that I could not understand or could not understand me. So he tells me all this bs about my credit card and I call him out about them making a mistake. Well he goes quiet, so I just hung up.
Second Time I called I got a lady that I could barely understand. Same story as the other guy from Capital One. Didn't understand a word she said. Well I called her out on their mistake and she also was speechless. Finally I get transferred to someone that speaks fluent clear english. And now everything is resolved.
Anyone else get aggrivated by these customer service people?
Sorry It's alot to read.
