What throttle cable to use on a 91 EF w/ b16a swap. Cuz the one I have it seems to long , and it looks broke ... So im going to honda tmrw to get a new one. LMK asap

Use a DA Integra throttle cable. You'll have to go to an Acura dealer and put up with their snobbery.

Or, with an adapter bracket, you can use a Civic/CRX Si throttle cable.

I got a da one! works fine. and isnt long
