that I have just listed my boss's car on ebay for $30,000...

1936 Ford Coupe

Appraised at $58,000 earlier this year

Bought for $52,000 a little over a year ago, with another $10,000 in additional parts throw in it.

Whoever buys this all steel body for coupe is getting a HELL of a deal. I feel so bad for my boss, but he HAS to sell the thing because work has literally stopped...its eigther feed the family or keep the car...

if you wanna look at it, here it is

wow... that makes me sick to see that go for that price... sucks right now, but at least he seems to have his priorities right with putting his family first... Car is amazing.

i doubt he has to sell that to feed his family. he needs to sell it to maintain a certain type of lifestyle.

Amazing ride... I think I might have read the magazine it was in because I know I've seen that before.

If he decides he wants to trade it for an 08 4runner sport with 9,ooo miles in perfect shape, you call me :) I'll even deliver it myself with tons of free SPEED Channel gear in it.

It's obviously really well built.

no its not... the Corvette is gone as well, and so is the CTS....all that is left is the F150 work truck, E250 work truck and a suzuki work car...nothing else

by far, its not good. its just that people unfortunately get rid of such awesome cars to someone who probably will not appreciate it correctly just to maintain a certain lifestyle they are used to. which there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, i just hate to see a car go for less than what it is worth to someone who wont appreciate it correctly.

its been to every local car show for sale for $46,000 for the last 6 months.

Placed on Ebay a month ago from $46,000
revised to $42,000
Revised again to $40,000
Lowered to $38,000
Lowered again to $36,000
Listed today at $30,000

Hopefully it will sell...this car will not go down in value...if I had the money I would get it. Would bring a lot more money one day...

No, I wish. I would love to have 30k to blow on a weekend car.

You make no sense. It is listed at 30k, which the reserve not met. So obviously 30k is not what he'll take for the car.
