what shock should i get???

i will b buying new shocks in a little bit but i would like to know a good shock for my daily driver
i don want nothing too stiff i hate going thru little roads that are bad and the car makes all these noises like is braking i want something soft so let me know what is good for a budget don know the budget yet but let me know thanks for the help help will b granted reps :D
