So not a GM subsection lol, never realized how small the domestic is on this site. I am almost through with my little truck, thought I would share. I am fixing to have it tuned and dyno'd with my setup, but I am still waiting on my FMU. So I washed/waxed it today, and toke some pictures. Note I am not a photographer, I do not have a $500 dollar camera lol, or mad camera skillz.
My bumper is just on there b/c it looks better than off, I have not lined up my intercooler yet thats why one of the tabs is pushing it. And my headlight is a little crooked b/c I did not put it back in right, and forgot to fix it before pictures. Anyway I am a big boy, and by posting pictures on the internet I am opening the door to opinions good and bad, so criticism is okay lol.
Anyway its a 2003 s-10, 2.2 ohv. It's got a T3/T4, should be good for 400whp with a built motor, right now probably 230-240whp. It dyno'd at 98.2whp stock lol, so that is a huge difference. I have tried to build a nice, clean truck. Nothing hacked or chopped. I am going to switch out my tailights, orginally I liked the theme of all black/clear but they have been aggravating me for a while.

Very nice setup. Those will pop up more due to gas prices.

Setup actually looks pretty nice. So its about the same speed as a 4.3?

I wanted to boost my Blazer 4.3 but it's easier to boost a Honda. LOL

Ever taken her down the quarter? And what kind on turbo manifold is tht? Looks pimp man, I was gonna do the same thing about 4 years ago, then an a$$hole sideswiped my s10 and totaled it. Props to you man

Have not even gassed it yet, waiting on fmu so I will have fuel under boost and can get it tuned. I would rather be safe than sorry. It has only been on about a week. I had a sr20det 240, a t3/t4 b16 civic, and I wanted to do something different, original. I have never seen a boosted 2.2 s10 before.

It's be done. Join up on a s10 forum. It's the most common S10 engine that get's boosted. The 4.3 has a few clearance problems from exhaust and intercooler. At least my generation. (1990 model)

How much was it to boost it?

you will be the only 2.2 of that gen in GA with a turbo for sure

Nice build up. Very clean and respectful. I have a Tech in my shop that is looking into boosting his 4.3 Xtreme so we have been looking around for info and manifolds all morning. Any info on his would be greatly appreciated.

Join up on S10forums.com. When you can find a production manifold it's expensive. It's almost worth having your own made.

Casey im sure the reason he did that is to go with the black theme...I think if u dropped it with maybe a little smaller more aggressive wheel with a lip or somethin it would look Bad Ass..Nice truck

Truck looks good, glad to see you're going to swap out the tails. I agree with casey on the tinted stock tails. Plus a small drop would be even better. Nicely done :goodjob: Kinda makes me miss my old xtreme

user cp is down so didnt know anyone was talking in here. yeah got new oem headlights/turns/tails in and intercooler fixed. plus new wheels but no tires yet. its been raining two days here when it quits I will take some pics. I borrowed a set of factory 14's and spray bombed them black lol and love the solid black wheel so I bought some cragar soft 8's for it, just waiting on tires, 17x8 and 17x9 so i can run a 275 in the back, and drop the truck another 1/1 or maybe 2/2. I loved my 20"s but they rubbed turning and I could not drop truck anymore.

Lol not good but you get the idea. All oem lights with AVS smoke covers. That way I can take them off whenever I want and don't have to worry about no kind of legal trouble for tinted lights. And don't pay attention to the 14s. ugly, but so much fun to spin everywhere. I hope after christmas I am going to pull the engine and swap in a 2.2 ecotec, gt35r and a standalone. Shooting for 450whp daily, 550whp track time. Should be the first eco swap into a s-10, much less one with that much power so I am stoked.

Id have to run spacers for camaro wheels, I just sold my spacers and pair of y2k vette wheels b/c I did not want to use such big adapters (2"-3")

Well they pop right off, thats why I like them. That way when I am driving or its night takes like 5 secs to pop them all off. But I like going to car shows and I think it cleans up the look some.

That extreme looked awesome, esp the wheels. I never thought about trying those.

Dang man! I love your truck. Looks good. I had a green S-10 for a year. Great fun to drive as well as looking good.

I am not really a fan of the tucked(?) rear bumpers. But that's really the only thing I don't really like. Lights are sharp imo.

I ordered it from truckperformance.com. I think they have shut down though, a lot off different forums are having trouble getting in touch with them about parts and stuff. Turbo kit sold today, so been driving the truck stock with no exhaust. Its super loud, and slow :( lol. But supposed to be picking up my new 2.2 engine sometime this week, and have most the internals on the way. hoping for a end of jan-beg of feb completion date.
