It's just a thought that came to my mind since I will be smoking out the tail lights soon. I still don't know if I will do the sides as well, just a quick photo chop. Worth it...or not?

Damn it looked much more appealing when I photoshopped it. But when I come back and look at it...it does look kinda dumb. I dunno...

it looks just okay... idk. cant go wrong with a dark housing so that's what i would do, but the blue has potential maybe.

LOL. How should I black my housings in my headlights? I was thinking about using tail light tint for tinting my tallights. VVV

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Smoke-Out-Tail-light-Vinyl-Tint-Sheet-Roll-Kit-12-Inch_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ72Q3a1209Q7c39Q3a 1Q7c66Q3a2Q7c65Q3a12Q7c240Q3a1308QQ_trksidZp3286Q2 ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem170262527028QQitemZ17026252702 8

I think that is the best way since I don't want them to be permanent.

Am I the only one that thinks blacking out headlights sounds insanely retarded?

function=improvement
visual upgrade=improvement
appearing to improve performance, but offering no function=rice
actually lowering function for looks=SUPER RICE

I think "I don't care if mm headlights are dimmer, it looks so bada$$" qualifies as the last one.

Everyone's saying to black the housings, but the OP either ignored it, or doesn't know what we're telling him to do cause now he's talking about tinting them(wtf?). I'm all for black housings myself, meaning take them apart and do the insides black, just not where the light has to reflect.

I just read up on blacking out the headlight housings and it seems cool, it's just that my headlights have like lines and ribbing on them.
