Lol, "What kinda **** is that?" Cops can be gay about that though. Got pulled over for having loud music, which translated into him trying to impound my Jeep because it's lifted 3". Cops can be real ****weeds sometimes. That's the only time I've ever been pulled over for it, and unless I'm on the phone my music is always blasted.

I do wonder why certain police get soo anal about how a car gets lowered or raised. Can't really comment on the loud music cause i never turn it up.

They have strict lift laws, apparently you can only lift something 2" in GA. The guy was just trying to be an ******* because it was almost curfew and I was 17.

I realize that law exists but it contradicts itself some times. Most of those kits say legal in 50 states.

Here's another ******* cop" example. Most license plates write the name of the county on the bottom and some people put license plate covers around those which block the bottom and you cant see the county name. = ticket.

Well what about the people that spent more money on one of those fancy license plates with pictures all over it, should they be put on the same standard because their license plates dont have the county written on it at all?

I know, it sucks. Worst part is while this cop was bitching me out for having an unsafe amount of lift some guy in an F-150 on at least 40" tires rolls by. "You gonna go pull him over?" "No, he didn't have his music up." Next day I'm pulling out of my friend's driveway, he happens to live in that neighborhood and was leaving to go on duty. He blocked me in and asked if I lowered it. "Yea, took out the coil spacers and lift shackles.":ninja:

Stuff like that poses no threat to anyone if the kit was made by a respect company that is proven.

The police should just worry themselves more on people driving like idiots vs the guy who modded his car and obeys traffic laws.

Exactly. I don't drive more than 10 over anywhere, I mean I don't drive a monster truck but you have to be sensible in a lifted vehicle regardless. I see these massive mullet machines on 44's fly by me all the time and I know they aren't getting pulled over for the lift law. Really pisses me off that I almost got my little Cherokee impounded when they let stuff like that slide.
