FS: B18b1 Engine W/ lots of Extras

I have a 1995 OBD1 B18b1 engine with 119,xxx miles on it. the engine WILL NOT come with the clutch, the driver side Bracket mount (but will come with the engine mount), or the nuts for the intake manifold and header. my price in $350 FIRM, no more no less. Will trade for OBD1 p72 ecu, or uncut OBD1 GSR Engine harness.

-Ebay 4-1 Header (dent at the bottom) w/ o2 sensor
-Alternator (no screws for the bracket)
-water pump
-Intake Manifold (with all the sensors and hoses seen)
-Throttle body (will not have the throttle cable holder)
-Fuel Rail
-FPR
-Fuel Injectors
-Emission canister
-OBD1 Distributor (still in perfect condition)
-Red AEM short ram intake
-B20b Valve cover
-a used flywheel
-axels

The Bad:
the engine does smoke. Local mechanic told me it needed new rings

USA_EK9: the engine was burning oil because the rings were bad, but No it did not leak any oil or anything.
