Is it just me or has all forms of customer service simply gone down the tubes? I went to Sonic today and waited a half hour for some fuccin popcorn chicken today.When I asked the lady what the hold up was I got attitude.I went to KFC waited a half hour for Boneless BBQ wings and then got regualr crispy Boneless wings. Then I call FedEx and ask one simple question that the lady danced around. It just seems like customer service in all shapes and forms have just crashed.

Just seems like you got some bad luck brother, customer service also depends on the inputs you give the service providers..don't forget that.

I kno this man. I've been in and out of the restraunt/Sales business the last 4~ years so I know how it is. That's why I always go out of my way to be nice to those people :goodjob:
