what yeah is the Hx that you can use the stock mani as a turbo mani with the plate, and are those ok for making some power? ( like low to mid 200 ttw )

You can, also, use the top portion of the exhaust manifolds that came off the d16a6s [exhaust mani/cat]. They're basically like the aftermarket log manifolds you can buy. Never used one, personally, but I hear they're fine for the power you're looking for. Check homemadeturbo.com.

not the HX ... but the HF ..... came on crx hf stock d16 single cams ...mainly but other cars had this same mani ... u know how honda likes to do it ... everything can go into like 500 cars lol .but its called a "HF MANIFOLD"

you just need to get a turbo adaptor plate that bolt up to that manifold

you have to run an internally wastegated turbo with that manifold setup.

i've changed out my setup and have a hf/std manifold and turbo available that would be perfect for a d-series.
