Where can I get a pre-96 AWD car smogged? The dealer said I need someone with an AWD dyno? Seems like it would be hard to find.

so how do they do pre-96 awd cars? pre OBD2 cars get the sniffer, but for that to be accurate the car has to be under load...

I work for my dad and we own an Emission Station. AWD, 4WD, etc.. do STILL have emissions testing. The two-speed idle test is still in affect. They will never get rid of it b/c the state (Clean Air Force) are a bunch of morons. There are so many ways to get around the emission testing it isn't even funny.
