well after 18 months in jail the week of the trail, the kid confessed and got 20 YEARS IN GEORGIA STATE PRISON.

**for you new folks, NOTES-- i was robbed beaten and shot on february 8th 2007 by two people for no reason(except them wanting cash or something) bullet went through my left lung and heart, 3 hours open heart surgery, 1 year of recovery and im standing strong.

at the time one was 16 one was 18, ,if they both went to trail the 19 year old woulda got 40, he pleaded and confessed. the younger kid is going to a fifferent court now and will probably serve time.

no. it was just a randomish robbery, it happend in my friends back yard at 7 at night on a thursday.
