Quick flange question

Is a manifold with a t25 flange is for a td04 turbo like the turboes that came in the greddy kits?

the t25 is a square flange hole next smallest to t3 hole and the tdo4 and 5 have a round hole with a slightly different bolt pattern. dont know if greddy made them diffrent or not though.
