CARVIN LB76F CUSTOM 6 STRING FRETLESS BASS IMMACULATE WITH HARD CASE
Up for sale is a Carvin LB76f 6 string fretless bass. At the time, this cost $1500. It has upgraded pickups (cost more than the standard set and sound really nice like EMG), rounded body edges, D’addario flatwound strings, a $60 set (no gouges on the fretboard), an ebony lined and dotted fretboard (side dots too, I think). It was supposed to come with Dunlop strap locks but never did, it has regular strap buttons. It is a neck-through-body bass, the neck is maple and the body is walnut. The electronics are nine volt active, all hardware is chrome. There finish is a nice tung oil, not gloss, so no fingerprints. It comes with a nice carvin padded strap, which is very comfy and gets long if you play it down low, or nice and high if you play like Jaco with the bass under your chin. The case is hard shell with a black fur lined interior. There are some scuffs on the case. There are absolutely no scratches, no dings, no blemishes, cracks, imperfections on this bass. It is as good as new, and was made in maybe 2001 custom for me. One owner, smoke free home and was always stored in the case. I played it twice live in an all bassist primus cover band. It’s cherry. It was maintained by a luthier, and the truss rod has been set properly. I still have the warranty papers. I will send more pics if you want them, I have about twenty or so. I NEED TO SELL THIS!
I will take $650 exact cash. I’ll meet you some place either close to Midtown Atlanta (near Piedmont Park) or near Stone Mountain.
PM me. I'll take paypal or exact cash. I'll entertain reasonable offers.
