^^That is the theme McLame is running his campaign off of now. All you hear is his ass screaming change. If that ain't this biggest flip flop I ever saw. It should be a law for that type of junk.

Yea actually it has been. Come on let's not make this another Anti-Repub or ANTI-DEM thread. I don't understand why you or anyone else would be surprised that both democrats are running under similar slogans. Think about it. Most people believe the country is headed in the wrong direction, Bush's approval rating isn't great, Congress's approval rating is even WORSE, we're in an economic down turn globally everyone wants CHANGE. Last I checked nobody on the planet had a patent pending on "Change" so they both can. The point of this election is that they both want to change things but in different ways.

So please make this about the issue's and not about how you feel McCain is encroaching on your canidates slogan.

you can thank DEMS (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5UYNX_XGQA) for alot of b.s. Dont cry now when everyone voted the socialist in to power in 06, and things just went splat. Im not here to bash either side... well i kinda am. Just look at the big picture.

im not making anything anything.. Im just posting an observation. i hear Palin talking about shaking up the good ole boys in washington.. Its pretty funny to hear that coming form a republican... :lmfao:

But how can you preach change when you have backed the president for so long? And how can you preach change when...none of your policies are about change. And how can you say its ok, when the things you have been defending have nothing to do with change...

I'll tell you how it happens.

Things like this must be easier for Palin to say when you have McCain's wrinkled c0ck lodged deep in your pharynx and your brain completely removed.

Seriously, because things were oh so perfect before 06. Theres a reason why the democrats took over.. i guess we forget about that.

nothing is going to change with republicans in the white house - they have been out of touch with america for the past 4 years. it is comments like this from our president that has given him such a low approval rating.

"I believe in private medicine, not the federal government running the health care system. I do want Republicans and Democrats to come together to support a bill that focuses on the poorer children," the president said, adding the government's policy should be to help people find private insurance.

the above comment is from bush on his veto to Children's Healthcare Bill. i'm wondering how "poor children" can afford "private insurance". :screwy:

these type of views are exactly why middle america is failing - you have people in Washington who do not care about middle america and are more worried about lining the pockets of their rich friends.

Maybe you should look back on Palin's career in politics. She put a huge dent in political corruption in Alaska, and fought the Alaskan Republican Committee the entire time.

But how can you preach change when you have backed the president for so long?

And Obama has followed the party line to the T in the 141 days he was in congress. How is that change? Not to mention that his VP has been in Washington longer than McCain and is considered to be more of an insider politician than McCain is.

And how can you preach change when...none of your policies are about change.

Actually McCain has brought up alot f things he wants changed. Earmarks, and energy policy being 2 big ones.

And how can you say its ok, when the things you have been defending have nothing to do with change...

So you want change, no matter what? It doesnt matter if its good for the country or not? Maybe we should change our welfare policy and simply get rid of it. This of all the federal and state money that would save.
