I need to change my transmission out soon. I just ordered a new one. I need access to a lift. I will buy a trans jack.
I will compensate with many cases of beer, money, etc in exchange for letting me and my dad use the lift for perhaps a day. I have all of my own tools and an air compressor.
PM me if you'd be willing to help out. As it stands now, I cannot change the transmission and I don't want to pay to have a shop do it.

where in Atlanta are you? I would say I know of a shop you could possibly use their lift, but you'd have to ask someone who is working on a sunday since none of the Techs are there.

I do still need some help with this. I'll likely be changing it out next weekend. Possibly sunday, if my dad is feeling better. I have AAA platinum and a van for the trans.

Well this trans. is very hard to get to some bolts and you need plenty of room.....could be done but easier with a lift.

try dropping/swapping out an MR2 motor/trans from the bottom. I had my SH!t on SUV jack stands in the rear. Front bumper touching the ground, rear tires 3-4 ft off the ground :lmao:
drop and slide

Anybody work at some place that would help me out? Anything? It doesn't really matter where, as long as it's within 30 miles of Stone Mountain.
