When I built mine it was bad as hell. Three years ago.

two opteron 250's
two 7800gtx oc's
Tyan Thunder k8we
wd raptors
audigy 4 pro

chenming / chieftec dragon with window.

But it's "slow" now. I'm going with dual quad core xeons when I do my next one.

BTW I use Maya so I do actually need this stuff.

13B... why'd you do the 20"? The 24" is better for not much more monies.

ummmm, idk what you're talking about, that resoloution doesn't look all that high. the pic in the first post takes up like 80% of your screen when it takes up about 60% on my measly 1440 by 900. Back on my 1900 by 1200 that monitor was hard to beat, but it was CRT so now I'm on dual 1440 by 900.

my res is like 1024x768 ... which all i have to do is change to another one .... but this is a TV not a computer monitor BTW .... i have the pc tower linked to my tv that i have cable tv/ Hdmi xbox/ and VGA for computer .
