I do. But not everyone hates it. Just because I don't like it doesn't mean I can't put it out there for others to enjoy if they like. I post albums for download from artists that I would never be caught listening to. But if people want it and I can provide it, then why not? Later, QD.

he doesn't influence anything good on ppl. and kids want to live his fictonal life he never lived. so point blank he sucks. i liked one song of his back when he first came out, after that, i guess his mask went on and he watched to much scarface.

Alot very opinionated response's which are very typical. Here's a suggestion since rap today is so Fu.ck up. Post some of the "real hip hop artist" then.
If this man sold dope or not who are you to judge him. Some of ya'll really are a piece of work, lol. I guess fayetteville/Gwinnett/covington those are the real hoods:lmfao: Where the most of the gangsta's at pushin that weight, lmao.
This dude is talking about his OWN PERSONAL STRUGGLE(rather you call it struggle or not, its his story). Just like everyone else did back in the day. ie: NWA- was more in the direction of fuc.k the cops. Why because back in that time of day. Cops in LA was very shady.
Leobond001 how do you know he was a barber? If it was something you heard then cool no response needed. So what Tyler Perry use to be homeless
Diabolic-Post some Real hip hop artist then
Personally I don't give fu.ck if T.I. was selling Weed or bringing in Dope by the truck load. To everyone that says "sales isnt ****" then go buy his album ($12.99) and STFU. For those that said Soulja Boy ain't ****, but the Kids like him thats why he is doing so good. For every artist there is a different audience
Then again if you don't even listen too the current "RAP" music. Your opinion don't mean **** meaning if you listen to Alternative/rock/80's, mofo anything other than rap.
Everytime someone post some music. You always got a group of people who opinion aint worth sh!t cause they don't even listen to rap.

Then again if you don't even listen too the current "RAP" music. Your opinion don't mean **** meaning if you listen to Alternative/rock/80's, mofo anything other than rap.
Your opinion lacks one thing. Most of the folks that are looking down on today's rap have nothing to compare it to. Sure they may have heard (some of) the old school joints, but they never experienced it first hand. The reason why I feel like I have a valid say in this is because I HAVE been at the point of rap's beginning. I bought Sugar Hill Gang's very first album. When it first came out. I bought all of Run DMC's shiit the days they came out. I was listening to Kurtis Blow, Busy Bee and The Treacherous Three when it was brand new funk. I've listened to rap change over all the years. Listening to rap when it first came on the scene is an experience none of you guys will EVER understand. It was new. It was different. It was a feeling that no one had felt before. It was awesome. I loved it from the first time I heard it. You can't take a younger cat and throw in a Grandmaster Flash album now-a-days and expect him to have that same feeling. You know what I'm saying?
Everytime someone post some music. You always got a group of people who opinion aint worth sh!t cause they don't even listen to rap.
You are right about that. But if you'll notice, most of the stuff I post (downloads and videos) are stuff that cater to listeners of today's rap. There's quite a few WC albums I can post up but I don't. I put it out there, even if I can't stand it, because I have something that someone else may like and if I do, I'll give it to that person.

I get sick of these dudes that ain't never been through shi!t. Come in here and want to spewl out some Bullsh!t like they know what rap is, or act like they sold dope on the same block T.I. did, and actually been in the hood. I have to disagree with that notion. I have albums of majority of the above artist, but I like T.I.'s music. Most people don't give new age the credit it deserves. We all have opinions obviously, but you can't keep comparing 80's and early 90's to now. It evolves, thats why it sells.
Now if you could put TI against NAS, in a battle, NAS would slaughter him. With that said, battle rapping these days is not what it was back then. Now you have guys REALLY angry at each other and take shots on their albums and videos. TI is mastering his time in the game. He rips 90% of what is out CURRENTLY.
BTW, there is a difference in the Hip Hop genres.

BTW, there is a difference in the Hip Hop genres.
i'm not talkin about battle rapping, i'm talkin about the lyrical aspect of rap. and u say 80's but some of these cats was puttin out **** for the longest. and nas would slaughter him in a anything period not just battles.

Oh ok, understood. NAS would slaughter him, lol. With that said though, TI does destroy the "grouping" that he is in. I dont think people try to compare the TI/Jeezy/Luda types to the Nas/Taleb/Mos Def types, at least I don't. They are too far apart in content.
