Special Weapons And Tactics. They are an elite branch of law enforcement agencies. They wear lots of black, carry automatic weapons, and yell really loud. They had their own tv show back in the 70's and then a movie a few years ago. Some famous SWAT officers include: Alexander the Great, Shaft, Letty from F&F, and that one guy from 28 Weeks Later. They are usually called in when the regular police cannot handle a holed up fat old lunatic wielding a shotgun in nothing but his tighty whities. They are especially fond of flashbangs.
