These photos of the production 2011 Chevrolet Volt were released moments ago on a media information Web site.

The pictures of the production Volt show all the details we've been bringing you for the past months--along with the GM engineers in charge of developing the vehicle.

Wow, the concept was WAY better. It actually looked good, but I guess the rule for alternative fuel/electric cars is they have to be as ugly as possible.

Silly GM. Do they really think we need more ugly ass Prius-wannabes? Why do ALL the Hybrids have to have that UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGLY rounded yet squared off rear?? It's SO UGLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even take it!

If they wanna sell hybrid cars, they need to make them look a hell of a lot cooler than that to convince ME to buy one.

I'd take my $4.00/gallon, 500hp gas-guzzling, turbo-charged, flying fkn' WONDER car over that crap any day.

I'm tellin' ya though. They PURPOSELY make these Hybrid cars as ugly as possible, because if every electric or hybrid car looked like a Corvette per-say...then all the big name companies would lose out big time.

It's like...the slowest transition to hybrid vehicles since.....since.......Geez, I don't even know what I can compare it to!
