yea i like their old stuff not their new stuff though, sounds like they lost the passion for the music. the music side of their albums seem less emotional and more generic

i like all thier stuff, its just cool to listen to how much they changed........but thier song writing has deff improved, and jade has matured into a pretty damn good guitarist and music writer

but o well,i like all lots of different genres of rock

AFI is not hardcore... old school would be Judge, Subzero, Neurosis, Sick of It All, Overcome, Icepick, Integrity, Bad Brains, Cro Mags, Agnostic Front, etc

Reagan Youth
Black Flag (Dukowski and Rollins)
Circle Jerks

I saw Rollins on the Black Flag tribute tour years ago. Keith Morris from the Circle Jerks came out and did all the Dukowski songs with Rollins Band.
