FS: JDM 2JZ-GTE motor with r154 tranny (PRICE DROP)

FS: JDM 2JZ-GTE motor with r154 tranny and auto tranny as well. The motor has the ecu and the wiring harness, and everything else to run. The bellhousing with the r154 fits to a 7MGTE so you will have to buy a 1jz bellhousing to fit it on...it has to go now so i am askin $2200 for all of it, i was going to do a swap but now i owe alot of money and it must go. What is the condition of the engine ( i.e. mileage, compression?)
What year model did it come out of?
Is the tranny real solid?

everything on the motor is fine, it supposedly has 45,000 miles on it, but i have no proof, the r154 is in great condition as well.
