I got 2 rooms available in my place in Rome, GA

it's a 4 bedroom 2 bath with basement, central heat / air, nice dining room, kitchen with granite tops newer nice appliances, washer dryer , breakfast nook, office/study at the front, etc.

Rent will depend on if 1 or 2 people move in, but if it's one person you'd be looking at $350 a month and if it's two people $265
(plus util)

there is no gas bill, it's all electric.
we have comcast and wireless in the house too.

bills are: water, comcast, electric

it's not too far, it's actually less than 70 miles from Atlanta , center to center

DAMN you had to post up a week after i get my own place :p

but ya good luck finding someone on here to rent in rome lol, everyone considers it "out of their way"

is it behind longjohnsilvers? if so then its a pretty nice area.

Nice house! I pass through Rome all the time to get home from north GA. Its not bad at all considering I grew up in So Cal. Good luck finding some roomies man!
