I am planning on building a turbo kit for my EP and I am stuck on what to use for fuel managment and tuning. The only thing I can come up with is Hondata's KPro but sadly don't have the funds for it. Can anyone help me with this?

I will not help you rob a bank, but it's a good alternative for you to get the amount that you need. :goodjob:

Kpro... nothing else compares.
Don't even waste your time on emanage.

I guess KPro will have to do it; but out curiosity will e-manage work? I heard you couldn't use it on K series motors.

lol, couldn't use emanage on a k-series?
thats why greddy turbo kits for the ep shipped with emanage, right?

they work, but they barely do what they're suppose to. its whats to be expected from a piggy back.

definately get kpro, i had kpro on my revhard turbo ep and loved it.
you'll get the best bang for your buck out of a good kpro tune - it will also be a lot safer! :goodjob:

k-pro is the only REAL way to go in your situation.

yo man there are other options than just hondata.

true, there are other options, but none that work as seamlessly and closer to the way honda intended.

aem is great, but i don't recommend it on a honda. honda uses multiple maps for locam fuel, locam timing, hicam fuel, hicam timing...not to mention the multiple maps for each vtc. aem uses one map for fuel and one for timing and has enrichments for vtec. i've seen heard of people using other software packages for honda's, but for k-series there is a much more limited selection of what to use from hondata, to aem, to other stand alones. certainly there are piggyback systems, but why do that?

the one that works the best and smoothest is k-pro.

You will end up spending almost as much money on a properly set up emanage as you will on a k-pro.

I always like to do things once the RIGHT way, and not have to worry about it as opposed to doing things half-assed over and over again.

go with hondata
