Silver dollar is much better when it cools down, cars run better and gnats don't kill you. I was down there this past weekend and the gnats are horrible, I probably wont go back till it cools down. They are open till November 28th atleast for test and tune so theres planty of time. (They arent running test and tune on October 17th!)

We got a few people going down to Commerce that same night, It's the last test and tune there till the middle of November IIRC. I'd like to run at Silver Dollar, any way we could push this back a week? Let people get some runs it at Commerce one weekend, and Silver Dollar the next.

I have already asked to take off. More performance/faster cars will travel the extra distance for SDR, not so much of just the prep, but you get more runs in too.

Commerce has all their drag cars, bikes, the 100+ wanna b racers and the 100 actual racers. It also, most of the time, doesn't hook very well.

October 18th, there is a track day a MMP(Montgomery Motorsports Park). Gates open at 9am.It's appx. 2-2.5hrs away. Bugman is having his track day at SDR on November 28th. I believe? MCE Trackday on Nov. 22nd as well.
