"I have just talked to Bibb County EMA, there will be a press conference at 3pm, gas WILL (unconfirmed officially) be rationed beginning at 4pm.The gas in the stations will be kept for emergency vehicles only."

i dunno...i am waiting till 3 cause it seems like that would only apply to affected regions...not all over georgia....i mean they are not gonna just stop giving georgia gas just so they can have gas in that area...then they would shut down the whole south east economy...so i have a feeling this is only going to apply to certain areas

Milledgeville is running out of gas fast. There are lines everywhere and a few stations are already out. Most are limiting customers to 10-20 gallons. McDonough is limiting customers to 10 gallons each.

cheapest gas in atlanta is on salem road in conyers fyi.....and also all over the main strip of conyers it's already at 3.59

I just heard through the grapevine that Sandersville is completely out of gas and they are having looting and riot type behavior. According to who I talked to they said that the National Guard has been called in to help w/ the situation. Why do stupid people do shit like this. I mean I know it's because they are stupid but still.

Well someone here was just at a gas station and they say thats BS, they have plenty and havent heard anything about gas running short. I know this morning they said on the news the pipeline to ATL is down for a few days but we have about 10 days of reserve in our tanks here to more then supply the stations

im not saying its true or not, just doesnt add up, id understand if the towns around the damaged areas of ALL the states is effected with gas cut off. but way up here... thats it! IM TELLING MOM TO GET ME GAS FROM WISCONSIN :D she just got there and its only 2.49 at all gas stations... argh!

but i am saying that the gas stations are packed, atleast the "top" ones... QT, shell and BP were decently packed, and had police there...

i just got word that here in Columbus and Ft benning that all Spectrum Gas pumps are now CLOSED!.

I just talked w/ a customer that works for a drywall plant. They deliver drywall to stores and he said all but one of the truck stops in Madison is closed down and the one that's open is only allowing 30 gallons/truck.

here in gainesville the cheapest is 2.80 but some gas stations are closed. they are runnung out quick.
