I'm sick and tired of them. when i bought them a couple years ago, they were exactly what i wanted for the look of my car, but it's time to let 'em go. So, hopefully a little later on this year i'll be picking up some Enkei RSV's. Shortly after... they'll be getting painted :ninja:


After looking at many, many pictures of yellow s2k's/350's and other assorted banana boats equipped with Takata green rims, they're really starting to grow on me.

Now i've never been a fan of the crazy colors on many of the "jdm" rides out there, but yesterday dkjohnson's Si got the wheels turning in my head. the color combo on his car is so crazy, but it works IMO. so, i did a little photochop.

as i said, i'm just testing the waters -- i haven't decided to go with any of these colors yet. Your :2cents: will be appreciated.

(please keep the hyundai hate to a minimum also. this is about colors and the look of the car -- not the car itself. i know there are plenty of haters out there.)

I too had black rims with a silver lip originally on my Tib several years ago...after everyone started putting them on their rides I switched them out...I went with a brushed alluminum with a silver lip...got lots of compliments on them...

if you're tired of black id say go with white.
if you decided to go with the green i think you'd need to drop the car MORE (which i doubt you want to do) and/or add ground effects to compliment such an outstanding wheel color(such as a lip). with white I would make the same modifications but its not gonna be as weird as the green if you decided to leave the vehicle as is.
