You're so nice to give your fellow IA members a $300 discount off your original asking price. :goodjob:

Unfortunately there are '01s that are going for that price.

Good luck with the sale either way.

Thanks for your input.

I understand that people who have a 97 with 40K would only sell it for 2000 or whatever.

This bike has all tasteful mods done to keep it over all stock but it will run with a 1000.
It weighs 355lbs and has a bolt load of power.
It has a very sexy look and looks greaat next to 08 bikes.
I get compliments all the time.

I am looking for a bmw or maybe a nice 883 or bigger Harley.
Or I will sell it for 4000.

a classic bike. 750cc inline four, flat slide carbs. ali tank, adjustable INVERTED FORKS and SLIPPER CLUTCH in 1992. way ahead of its time. some models had adjustable swingarm pivots. it really was a great bike and yours seems well maintained. mine wasnt so great, but it was still a fun bike.

The ZX-7R is the bike you're describing and it was a limited edition model for years 1991-1995 for World Superbike homologation. By 1996 the standard ZX-7 was called ZX-7R and the homologation model was called the ZX-7RR.

This for sale here is a mass production ZX-7. Very nice bike nonetheless and in looks like in very good condition.

p.s. This bike weights in at about 525lbs fully fueled and ready to go. They were always known for being heavy bikes but handled exeptionally well. The bike looks mostly stock and your aftermarket exhaust system is not going to lose you over 150lbs. I'd repost it on Craigslist with the new price, cut the bull**** out and you shouldn't have too much trouble seling it to a old school Kawasaki fan. :goodjob:

Spec at a glance:
-100bhp (crank - restricted)
-195Kg dry weight

"Dry" weight meaning no fuel, no oil in motor no battery etc. That's 430lbs. to you, if you can't do basic math. You add it all up and you're looking at about the 525lbs I noted.

I won't even touch the 135 horepower figure you posted on Craigslist.

Nice bike anyways, just before you call someone on bull****ting you might want to check the facts first.

I do not own a j model I own a K model.
Hey buddy I pay the insurance I have the title.

Are you so sure about this you would maybe bet a car title?

If your not going to step up and put your money where your mouth is please stop trolling my thread.

Only thing I could think of other then a lonely man you must be is that you where one of the stupid offers I had through CL and have had your feelings hurt.

Either one doesn't weight the 355lbs you mentioned nor does it make 135HP on the dyno. Also if you haven't notcied the K version is a single seater. Your bike obviously has passanger pegs and seat which would make it a J model.

I'm not trolling your thread. I offered geniune advice and you got your feelings hurt. I'm sorry I made you look like a dumbass but people bull****ing about car or motorcycle perfromance specs is a pet peeve of mine.

I wouldn't bet **** with you. You're obviously delusional about your bike even after I posted a link of the utter crap you're spewing, so what makes me think you'll be man enough to pony up when you do lose that bet?

Sorry to ruin your for sale thread. I just didn't want anybody to get caught up in your fantasy world where 15 year old 750cc sportbikes have the performance specs of 5 year old liter bikes...

I buy, sell and part sportbikes as a means of extra income, so I saw it on craigslist. Grow the **** up.
