ok, so im pretty sure im picking up this crx this weekend. has a d16a1 in it and the guy says he thinks it has a slung rod. not sure till i get into it. im just looking around to see who has another d16 i could buy or something to drop in the rex. if u just have a block or just head thats kool. if the motors still good(other than the internals are screwed) ill prob jsut need internals so throw some stuff at me! :goodjob:
btw: will need a tranny as well bc 3rd grinds

I'll save you the time and trouble...
REBUILD your D16A1. I've gone through 5 "JUNKYARD" motors, and they all lasted maybe a week combined.
They are just too old.
and to the Z6 with PM7 pistons.. Try more like ~12.7:1 Static Compression.

i was planning on rebuilding whatever motor i got to put into it. i think if i got a z6 id have to figure something out to do with the drivers side motor mount. so looking for a A1 or ZC prob.....
