My FEL-PRO oil pan gasket ripped in 6 places. Resulted in my engine not having any oil in it 2 days after installing it with a new filter, and Royal Purple oil.:2up:

Gonna get it replaced tomorrow, for the fourth time....

to doi t right: Clean oil from block with brake clean and dry towel. Put a small amount of silicone where the oil pump meets the block and the plate that holds the rear main seal meet the block. install gasket on factory supplied studs. Install CLEAN oil pans so all holes in pan match up with all hole in the gasket. Torque bolts and nuts to 10 ft/lbs.

You can print that out for them nd paypal me 50 buck for tech support. LMAO!!!

F-23's dont use gaskets for the oil pan from the factory, make sure you use Ultra gray, or honda bond, and get all the old off (its hard I have done it 3 times on mine) lol...

They want to charge me $125 for changing the gasket-they want to put a 97 accord rubber gasket on..
Leaking toward the front of the tranny.

-also charge me $35 for new valve cover gasket
-Says Distributor O-Ring is leaking
-Pass.Axle seal has residue-$92each.

the other leaks or whatever didnt really bother me,just dont like pulling out and seeing a oil spot on the floor in the garage.. :(

I have never had an issue with FelPro.... just don't over tighten and make sure both surfaces are clean as already stated.... but another thought... if you are running a pressurized PCV system since you are boosted the crankcase gases can't escape as usual so they come out of weak places like oil pan gaskets, and crank seals etc.... so just a thought if you haven't modded up a catch can or anything....

Ran a Felpro oilpan gasket once on my gsr, and the sh!t blew out in two spots 2days later. Replaced it with an OEM gasket, and havent had any problems since. OEM gaskets ftw!

Yeah man, I got it a day or two right after I ordered it. Thanks again man. Btw, its not quite the same color as the greddy, but its good for my color scheme in my engine bay. The gates is a lighter shade of blue than the greddy. its all good, it worked out good for me:yes:
