Good to see, Matt Ryan is going to be the starter and main QB for the regular season in 2 weeks against Detroit. If he shines there I can bet he will be the starter for the rest of the year. Was a great game Friday night. Our Offense looked amazing and our defense never allowed the Titans to get past the 50 yard line all night!!! What was funny is Matt played the 1st 2 quarters and first drive in the 3rd, then Redman came out. They never played Harrington or Shockley :lmfao:

Or be a rookie like how Payton Manning was, etc.... Dont hate when you cant say how he will be. I take it you havent seen any of the 3 games he has played in this pre season huh?

I got high hopes for Ryan, but I dunno bout him starting the first game. I am not sold on Atl O-line and I don't Ryan to get murdered thats why they should put redman or harrington in the first and see if they stay upright before putting your high investment player Ryan in.

The first 3 games our O-Line has given quite good protection, Plus its against DETROIT!! They cant even hurth themselves...LOL Detroit sucks :D

We also signed Marcus Pollard this weekend. He used to play for the Colts. Awesome tight end. He has caught 349 career passes for 4,280 yards (12.3 avg.) and 40 touchdowns

Where did crumpler and Rod coleman end up? I think if we can scoop em up for cheap that we should

Brett

Crumpler plays for the Titans, The team we beat this past weekend. I dont know where Coleman plays, but the team we have put together seems like we have alot of peices of the puzzle in place.

yeah, but I think we need some d-line help

Brett

I dunno, Look at this past weekends game, The Titans never got past the 50 yard line cause our defense was on them so hard. We have the talent now and a coach who can make it all work

I've seen the falcons at both preseason home games and I actually get a bit of a warm and fuzz from them. I dont see them in the playoffs this year because I think the Saints get off their ass, but I do see a 7-9 season and something to build off of.

Next year I DO see the falcons in the playoffs unless they suffer some major losses through free agency. Turner solidifies the RB position. Ryan solidifies the QB position. The O-line will get some help throught the draft or free agency next year, and I think the WR position will also get some much needed attention. The D is getting up there in age, but I think that can be adressed through the draft and maybe even a couple of waiver wire gems this year.

Remember guys, according to man law we're allowed to call last year a rebuilding year so we can't let it get to us. I dont see playoffs this year, but I see it being a lot better to watch than that season was.

Yeah the have a vibe with them this year, they all mesh VERY well considering the team is 52% new rookies, they seem as if they have played together for a season or two already. They are all very positive and hungry which will be a huge difference from last year

I too think they will do very well this season, it may not be a playoff season but they will indeed do well. I especially like how Matt Ryan likes to hype up the team, and as much as I liked Vick, he never did that...
