In the Flesh Tattoo on Jimmy Carter. think it was 80-Hour. Little expensive but you get what you pay for. They are very friendly too and will take care of you.I had a tat on my back that my homeboi did and it was pretty f'd up. but they fixed it up all good. if i have a pic i will show you.
