So I have called just about everyone and they all say that they don't do bead rolls. Can anyone direct me to a shop within 50 miles that will bead roll some pipes. I am having trouble over 16 pounds with them blowing off. TIA

Take a pair of pliers and flare the ends it not like they got to be pretty.

It doesn't take much flaring. Just put a light, even flare all the way around. My car is holding 25 psi with pliered flared piping.

Just take the pipes to a welding shop or if you have a mig welder, weld a bead around the ends. It actually works better then beading in my opinion. It makes a hump for the clamp to hold against and does not make an indention on the inside of the pipe. This is what I do with my customer’s car when I do custom intercooler pipes. I also did this on my 1st gen eclipse that ran 33 psi on and never had a clamp come off.

if its super thin aluminum, he's going to blow through the pipes.

just get some vice grips, and set them a slight bit larger than the thickness of the pipe. and bend it, it'll take it just fine, just dont go out too much, just something for the silicone coupler to catch on and let the clamp do the hard work.

sand it down with 80 grit sandpaper, clean it, and spray some hairspray on it. t-bolts help also. good luck.

Grand muffler will bead your pipes..Its all the way in Marietta. I think the last time they charge me like 2 bucks to do a bead but after I told all my friends about it, they jacked it up to a minimum of 20 bucks..so make sure you have lots of pipes to bead..Or you can be ghetto and run couple of small welds on the lip..Just make sure you smooth it off otherwise the sharpe edges will cut into your couplers.
