Lower it but don't dump it unless you never ever go into areas where the road is poo and you have money to replace stock shocks in a year or two after your car starts riding like ****. Like downtown Atlanta, for instance. Trust me.

I would make sure you are ready to bite the bullet when you lower the EP.

From experience, your steering rack will begin to creak, which gets very annoying. Honda will not fix this if your car is lowered.

Also, because of the huge wheel gap, your body will be sitting very low if you are tucking.

That being said, I lowered mine and loved it, just be prepared to deal with the consequences. And don't complain about scraping, tire rubbing, all that jazz. You gotta pay to play.

A guy i work with has a very clean EP. Gonna have to get some pics of it. But he has springs on his that only lowered it an inch. He has yet to slam it bc he say the way they designed the suspension if you slam it, it will handle like **** and may even be a safety issue, due to the steering arms. Apparently he says there are coilovers out there that are designed to fix the issue and allow you to slam it, but you gotta pay to play.

dont slap it like the pic, it looks stupid and will handle like **** due to having no travel left, and you will probably scrape on every bump that you even THINK about going over.

lower it like 1-2 inches on quality shocks and springs. :2cents:

lower it like 1-2 inches on quality shocks and springs. :2cents:

I'd recommend the Tein S-techs and Tokiko D-Specs for the EP.

Solid Drop, good handling, easy to live with. :goodjob:

Adjustable coilovers... And adjust it yourself and you get to pick how much you want to lower it.

Get adjustable springs and struts so you can change it whatever you want, when you want.

Thats what I did. :goodjob:

Wow I'm actually pleasantly surprised with the amount of common sense in the thread. Like others said, just drop it an inch or two. Anymore than that will just make your car handle worse and you'll have to deal with rubbing and scraping.
