well while we're on tha subject of health.......how do you lose those stupid luv handels..........i dont have alot but i have enough where i have that lil curve. any ideas??

sit ups and cardio. You cant focus on loosing just that part of your body, focus on it all. Hit the treadmill my friend!

the only problem with hitting that muscle with a lot of weight is the fact that your actually trying to gain muscle there. In my opinion I would not try to gain bulk in that area. If you have ever seen people with that part muscular, it looks kinda gross. Having it toned is more of a better option.

you just need to do cardio, cut back on your calories from fat/simple carbohydrates, and you should be set.

There is no way to burn fat in a specific area, yeah you can workout that area and it will build muscle, but that muscle is not going to show if you are not trying to burn fat away.

There isn't one specific exercise that will "burn fat" from a specific region of the body, so just hit the ground running (literally) and diet a little better and you'll be set

Definitely do some cardio, just don't go overboard with it. Start eating cleaner if you're not already, green leafy vegetables (broccoli, spinach, asparagus etc.) are known to help you drop fat and water fairly quickly. Oblique crunches will definitely be a must do along with the regular crunches, because it'll tighten and tone the oblique/love handle area. Let me know if you need anymore help. :)
