so i was chatting w/ a friend online that is talking about coming here on a vacation visa and staying full length of vacation visa (6 months i think is max) but would like to work to have more money for vacation. what are some jobs someone could work w/o being legal for a short term here?

i was wondering and was trying to form a list:

- landscaping
- construction
- nanny
- cleaning services
- stripper

I worked at a car wash in snellville and I'm pretty sure almost all of the hispanics working there weren't here legally.

I frequent a local Atlanta club, only b/c i dont pay to get in and i like :boobies: 2 good friends of mine work there. They were telling me how the state officials are cracking down on underage chicks who look like they are 26  Random inspections are becoming more frequent.

Authorization to be employed in the U.S. in a non-immigrant visa status is quite limited. Most visas which authorize employment in the U.S. restrict it to a specific employer and a specific position. In order to employ the foreign national, an employer is required to file an application (called a petition) with the USCIS to request permission to employ the particular foreign worker. The foreign worker may not begin employment until the USCIS indicates approval of the employer's request. The foreign worker is only permitted to work for the petitioning employer and is generally prohibited from working for, or receiving compensation from, any other entity.
