I went to get an alignment today, and it turns out i have no camber kit on the front or rear. I bought the car already lowered.
My machanic said the kit i buy needs to have 3 degrees of adjustability.
I found a kit that gives 1.25 - 3 degrees camber, but do i also need to find one that gives me caster?

Im not exactly sure what the difference is, someone explain?

Just get one to adjust camber, I am suprised they didnt do the alignment, most places just set toe and let it go...

toe is \ / / \ wheels either look like both of those lil slashes from above...
camber is wheel angled in or out
caster is front to back

the guy i went to was a great guy. He said if his boss was there, hed charge me now, then charge me to realign it after i put the kit on. but since his boss wasnt there, he didnt charge me.

I'll throw out their shop since he was a good guy.

get either the skunk2 camber kit or the blox. :goodjob:

and either kit will go from -1.5 - +1.5 (3 degrees of adjustment)

well im 2 degrees negative in the front, 1.5 in the back, so i dont think the front kit would be enough.

anything wrong with an ebay kit?

the cheapest ebay kit I'd buy is the blox racing.

if you are that off I think you bent some upper control arms when you had your run in with granny and if you buy the kit it will replace your arms.

thats not really even that far off... i specifically had my car set to 2* camber all around and 0* toe, or as close as it would get. and my tires arent really wearing too bad.

as long as your toe is straight, i honestly wouldnt worry about it.
