That sucks, but since the guy had the keys to the car, he cant be charged w/Grand Theft Auto.....right? :thinking:

Circuit City is "vicariously" responsible since it was still technically in their possession.

Yeah, I understand that, but from what I've heard, if you have the keys to the vehical, its not considered "theft". Its considered "joy riding".

Damn that sucks. I wonder what the hell was going through the kids mind that made him think he was entitled to take the car out for a spin in the first place. He works for Circuit City for god's sake, they have no need to drive the car any further than the next closest parking spot from the install bay. :no:

Well i know there are people out there that was to sue everyone including the door greeter, but as long as my stuff is taken care of 100% plus the inconvenience, I'm good.
